Red-Tailed hawks Feb 12 to Feb 28, 2010

From Feb 12 to Feb 28, 2010 the Red-Tailed hawks were busy sitting in the elm tree, collection branches from area deciduouis tress and adding to the nest. They spend alot of time perched on hydro tower hunting. The pair was together quite often courting. The red-tailed hawks would come most morning at 7:15 to the elm tree. Nestbuilding was usually around 9:00 to 10:00.
On Feb 20 we saw them catch a rodent and consumed it in the nesting tree.
