Unwelcome guest in territory Female screams April 14, 2010 at 11:30.

A pair of hawks fly in the Red-Tail hawks territory. The male is no where to be seen and the female leaves the eggs and alerts the incoming hawk to leave her area. The female "kree, kree" and finally they leave the area. The female then immediately returns to nest. I was at the nest site with Diane and Gary when this happened and it was amazing.
The female was very alert and wanted the other hawk gone.

On April 16, 2010 two crows were escorted out of the the area.

Female being chased by a ton of starlings.

april 17, 2010 at 12:03 the male deposits food in nest and the female eats and then preens herself.

April 28, 2010 Watched the male come into nest so the female can go out hunting.
